Chinese Interpreter
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a communication bridge between the company and Chinese clients, including handling inquiries and following up on client needs.
- Translate documents and emails between Chinese and Thai.
- Participate in meetings and phone conversations to coordinate with Chinese clients.
- Translate and coordinate in the process of new product development, working closely with the development team and Chinese clients.
- Translate documents related to product details, specifications, and standards for new items.
- Coordinate and translate communications regarding product claims and customer complaints.
- Review and follow up on actions taken to resolve issues based on customer complaints.
- Support translation and coordination tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as an interpreter or translator.
- High proficiency in Chinese (HSK5), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise interpretation and translation.
