Chinese Interpreter

Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the company and Chinese clients, including handling inquiries and following up on client needs.
  • Translate documents and emails between Chinese and Thai.
  • Participate in meetings and phone conversations to coordinate with Chinese clients.
  • Translate and coordinate in the process of new product development, working closely with the development team and Chinese clients.
  • Translate documents related to product details, specifications, and standards for new items.
  • Coordinate and translate communications regarding product claims and customer complaints.
  • Review and follow up on actions taken to resolve issues based on customer complaints.
  • Support translation and coordination tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as an interpreter or translator.
  • High proficiency in Chinese (HSK5), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise interpretation and translation.
