Payroll Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll related activities and month end, such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions and any other payroll payments/deductions.
  • Handing the compensation, personal data, time attendance records, Payroll and person-hour report for all workers.
  • Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company’s software related.
  • Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc.
  • Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll.
  • Responsible for health benefits of employees including health and life insurance, annual health checkup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in payroll functions (Compensation & Benefits).
  • Knowledge of Labor Protection Act and Labor Relations Act.
  • Proficiency in Payroll software (Power Vision preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HRIS implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both speaking and writing).
  • Analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and reporting.
