Payroll Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll related activities and month end, such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions and any other payroll payments/deductions.
- Handing the compensation, personal data, time attendance records, Payroll and person-hour report for all workers.
- Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company’s software related.
- Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc.
- Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll.
- Responsible for health benefits of employees including health and life insurance, annual health checkup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in payroll functions (Compensation & Benefits).
- Knowledge of Labor Protection Act and Labor Relations Act.
- Proficiency in Payroll software (Power Vision preferred).
- Strong understanding of HRIS implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both speaking and writing).
- Analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and reporting.
