SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities :

• Control the quality of incoming material and and ensure that material are in compliance with quality and specification requirements.
• Establish containment action, preliminary review correction action and analysis.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing the cause of the problem; proposing effective countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct supplier audits and responsible for supplier quality evaluation.
• Communicate with IQC, QA, Engineering and Production on quality of incoming parts.
• Follow up and develop suppliers to improve quality issue such as 8-D report.
• Co-operate with supplier to improve quality of incoming raw material and perform technical training to supplier, including PPAP.

Qualification :

• Male / Female age not over 35 years.
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or higher in related fields.
• 2-5 years working experience in field of quality function in Electronics/Electrical Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with self-motivation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English with self-confidence.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, QC tools, etc. (IoT is an advantage).
• Having an analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
