Recruitment Officer 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full loop of recruitment from acquiring the candidates from sources to onboarding.
  • Perform in the recruitment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years and over a full range of experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English.
