QA (QUALITY ASSURANCE) & QC (QUALITY CONTROL) MANAGER
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
- Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.
- Establish Procedures, Standards and Systems for Specifying Quality requirements of Incoming material, In process Quality control and out-going base on customer requirement.
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Coordination of a smooth trouble free running process in the Quality Management.
- Management and improvement of the quality system (i.e. Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Certification).
- Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
- Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
- Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site Control Plan.
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites Quality technical submittals to the customer.
- Conduct ongoing sustaining quality activities including addressing open issues post product launch, implementing Engineering change requests within supplier side, and root cause analysis (cause-effect analysis, 5W ,8D, etc.).
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality complaints and prepare CAPA’s (Corrective and Preventive Actions) resulting from failures of inspections, RMA (Return Material Authorization), VOC (voice of customer), and warranty issues.
- Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
Qualification :
- Male or Female age not over 45 years.
- Graduated in Engineering Field (IE, EE, ME, Chemical) or Science or any related field.
- At least 5 years experienced in quality field, especially electronics and automotive manufacturing field.
- Minimum 5 years experienced in management function with experience to handover on Customer Quality Experience.
- Experience in a large company or multi-national manufacturer is preferred.
- Good knowledge of any tools and competency of QA function with support customer satisfaction.
- Good command in English or Japanese language will be advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to influence production line to follow the quality system.
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication, Quality Management and Presentation Skills with ability and willingness.
