Payroll Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll related activities and month end, such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions and any other payroll payments/deductions
- Handing the compensation, personal data, time attendance records, Payroll and person-hour report for all workers
- Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company’s software related
- Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc.
- Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll
- Responsible for health benefits of employees including health and life insurance, annual health checkup.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female age not over 30 years
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Up to date in Labor Protection Act and Labor Relation Act
- Good competency with Payroll software ; Power Vision is preferable
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HRIS implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Good computer literacy; MS offices (Advance excel).
- Strong in communication in English(speaking and writing skills)
- Data analytic and accuracy reporting
