Learning and Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the HR Development strategies in accordance with company guidelines including analyzing the strategic needs of the company’s development, and the required skills of employees and teams.
  • Talent and Competency Management
  • Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required
  • Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned
  • Evaluate effectiveness of implementing learning and development strategies and projects/programs
  • Plan & administrate programs to ensure all the training is delivering results and assisting the manager in learning and development tasks.
  • Promotes the corporate values and culture of the organization through the development and implementation of relevant initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD, learning & development or OD activities.
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project/program management.
