Learning and Development Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the HR Development strategies in accordance with company guidelines including analyzing the strategic needs of the company’s development, and the required skills of employees and teams.
- Talent and Competency Management
- Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required
- Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned
- Evaluate effectiveness of implementing learning and development strategies and projects/programs
- Plan & administrate programs to ensure all the training is delivering results and assisting the manager in learning and development tasks.
- Promotes the corporate values and culture of the organization through the development and implementation of relevant initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD, learning & development or OD activities.
- Good command in English.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong project/program management.
